Welcome to thedesignpassport. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services Offered
TDP provides digital design services including, but not limited to:
User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design
Brand Identity and Strategy
Website and App Prototyping
Consulting for digital product development
All services are delivered in accordance with individual agreements or contracts.
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information related to your project.
Respond to communication in a timely manner to ensure project timelines are met.
Approve or request revisions on work submitted within the stated review period.
TDP is not responsible for delays caused by client unresponsiveness or lack of feedback.
Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates and subject to change based on scope adjustments, client revisions, and external factors. Any timeline changes will be communicated promptly.
Payments & Invoicing
Pricing and payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work unless otherwise stated.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion or delivery of final files.
Revisions and Feedback
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds (typically 2–3) as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Cancellations and Refunds
If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be billed separately. TDP reserves the right to terminate a project at any time due to breach of terms or lack of communication.
Intellectual Property
All project assets (design files, documentation, etc.) remain the property of TDP until payment is completed in full.
Upon full payment, final approved assets become the property of the client, except for any third-party resources used under license (fonts, stock images, etc.).
TDP retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
Confidentiality
TDP agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client data, concepts, and communications. Likewise, clients agree not to disclose proprietary information or internal processes of TDP.
Limitation of Liability
TDP shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our designs or services.
Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the India. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of india.
Changes to Terms
TDP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
